The Pink Candle Foundation is all about helping others and then helping others to help others!
The Foundation is built on the ethics of sharing and caring and everything we do is built on a philosophy of positive dedication to making the world a better place. We have three main aims;
· We do practical favours for people in need without cost to them or without any expectation of return. Often these favours are done anonymously so that the recipient can get extra joy from knowing someone noticed and cared about them.
· We provide free ideas and inspirational information to help everyone do favours for people they know might need some help. There are often some really low cost ways to show you care and we can give you those ideas.
· We give 10% of our sales profits to other deserving charities and causes who also go out of their way to help others have a better life.
How do we do pay for all this? Good question because the favours we do for others are always free to them so the money has to come from somewhere! There are four sources of our favour fund;
· Profits from our famous pink candles go to the favours fund. Please help us help others by buying a candle or two in our shop. In fact why not buy several and give some away as gifts for loved ones!.
· Donations from people who appreciate that what we do really makes a difference in the lives of others. If you can spare some change to help us help others please donate to the Foundation.
· Become a member of the Pink Candle Foundation and really show your support for what we do. You’ll get some great rewards from your membership as well as the knowledge that you’re making a tangible difference in someone else’s life.
· Corporate sponsorships are a wonderful way for us to team up with caring companies and spread the favour making principles across businesses as well as for individuals.
